July 2nd - July 8th


Women’s Book Study – Karen Clement will be starting a women’s book study on July 13th. Join her in the RMCM Living Room beginning at 8:30 a.m. for a great study and discussion of The Master’s Calling by Lynn Hammond. The study will last 8-weeks. Hey Volunteers! We love you and appreciate you – and really miss you when you are gone! Please let your department coordinator know if you will be missing a Sunday so they can plan accordingly.

Desperation 2009 – July 16th–19th the RMCM youth group will again be traveling to Colorado Springs, CO for the Desperation Youth conference. The cost this year is $175. Please let Annie Callahan know if you are planning on attending the conference this year!

There are also some students who would like to go, but could use some help with the cost. If you would like to help out please talk to Annie Callahan – 970.596.7444 or youth@rmcmchurch.org

Library & Podcasts – The RMCM Resource Center is a great place to find teaching on prayer, marriage, family, faith, evangelism and so much more! Check it out this week!

Also, did you know the messages from Sunday services are FREE!! Pick up a CD of the message after service to stay encouraged and filled up on God’s word this week!

Summer Life is Here!

Beginning July 1st and continuing throughout the summer, our Mid-week Bible Study will be held outside at one of four or five local venues. For up to the minute information on times, places, and topics, please see our Summer Life Blog.

Hiking Biking, Swimming and Eating – these are a few of our favorite things. Chief is planning some local hikes and climbs. He is putting together some information on “planned hikes” and also leaving some room for “spontaneous hikes.” Hikes will be graded by difficulty so that you can pick the perfect one for you and your friends.

Mtn. Bike rides, Sunday afternoons at the lake (as soon as a shoreline appears), BBQs, trail runs, you name it – if you want to plan an activity, and invite people to join in, send that information to announce@rmcmchurch.org, and we will do our best to help you get the word out.

Prayer is Powerful! Please continue to pray as we work toward a closing on the church property. We have seen a tremendous flow of God’s favor in all of this, but we need to continue to see this through to the end.

Join us in the auditorium to pray for our services and our community each Wednesday at 9:00 am and each Sunday morning at 8:15 am.
